In light of recent events including the absolute ownage by both my engineering classes and other unpleasantries throughout the week, here are two verses that i've "meditated" on:
"He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak.
Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall;
but those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength.
They will soar on wings like eagles;
they will run and not grow weary,
they will walk and not be faint."
Isaiah 40: 29-31 (future tattoo)
"Now when my heart is troubled, and what shall i say? 'Father, save me from this hour'? No, it was for this very reason I came to this hour. Father, glorify your name!"
John 12: 27 (emphasis added)

If you ever have a little time, here's a challenge. Examine the use of the word "glory". Is there ever a time when "glory" is not accompanied by, or used in the context of difficulty, pain, or suffering?
